Are you planning a visit to the brewery in Central Colorado? If so, you'll need to make a reservation. Reservations are mandatory for both brewery tours and tasting-only experiences. You can book your reservation up to 25 days in advance from Friday to Sunday. Some Thursday tours (if offered) may be available to book up to a week (7 days) in advance.
If you're just looking for a sample tasting, you can book up to one week (7 days) in advance. All reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. To make your reservation, simply consult the portal at the top of this page. We only accept bookings and event requests for groups of more than 30 people.
Unfortunately, we don't have a private room. Our main brewery tavern has a front bar and a back bar, as well as a rear bar area with a stage (pictured above). Unfortunately, due to the size of our dining room, we cannot accommodate larger groups. So if you're looking to visit the brewery in Central Colorado, make sure you book your reservation in advance.
